How to Access Your Car Insurance Policy Documents

Getting your car insurance documents is quick and easy. Whether you’ve just bought your policy or need to check something later, there are a few simple ways to access everything you need.

Check Your Confirmation Email

When you buy your policy, we’ll send you a confirmation email straight away.

This email includes:

  • A link to your online customer portal MyPizza

  • Instructions on how to access your documents

  • Your policy start date and reference number

Top tip: If you can’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.

Access Your Documents via the Online Portal

The easiest way to view and download your documents is through our secure online portal.

Once logged in, you can:

  • View your policy schedule and certificate of motor insurance

  • Download your full policy wording

  • Check cover details and add-ons

  • Access documents anytime, day or night

You can log in directly via our website by selecting MyPIzza.

Forgotten Your Password?

No problem — it happens.

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  • Go to the customer login page on our website

  • Select Forgotten password

  • Enter the email address you used when buying your policy

  • Follow the reset link sent to your email

You’ll be back into your account in just a few minutes.

Accessing Documents Without the Email

If you no longer have your confirmation email, you can still access your documents directly through our website.

Simply:

  • Visit our website

  • Select MyPizza Login

  • Enter your email address and password

Once logged in, all your policy documents will be available to view or download.

Need a Copy Sent to You?

If you’re unable to access the portal or need help:

  • Our support team can resend your document link

  • We can help you reset your login details

  • We can talk you through accessing the portal step by step

Good to know: Keeping your documents in the online portal means you’ll always have the most up to date version if anything changes during your policy.
