Uploading Documents to Your MyPizza Customer Portal

From time to time, we may need to ask you for documents to support your car insurance policy, generally this is at the start of the policy, or if a claim occurs. Don’t worry, uploading documents is quick, secure, and can be done online through your MyPizza customer portal.

Why We May Request Documents

We usually ask for documents to:

  • Confirm your no claims discount (NCD)

  • Verify your ID & driving licence details via Stripe ID

  • Complete checks requested by the insurer

Providing documents promptly helps keep your policy active and avoids delays or cancellation.

Common Documents We May Ask For

You may be asked to upload one or more of the following:

  • No-Claims Bonus (NCB) proof (from a previous insurer)

  • Driving licence (photocard and, if required, counterpart details)

  • Proof of address

  • Other policy-related documents, if needed

How to Upload Documents Using MyPizza

The way to send documents to us is through your MyPizza portal.

Simply:

  1. Log in to your MyPizza customer portal via our website

  2. Go to the Documents or Upload files section

  3. Select the document type you’re uploading (e.g. NCB or driving licence)

  4. Upload a clear photo or scanned copy

  5. Submit — we’ll take it from there

You’ll receive confirmation once your document has been successfully uploaded.

Tips for Uploading Documents

To avoid delays, please make sure:

  • All text is clear and readable

  • Photos are not blurry or cropped

  • Documents are valid and up to date

  • The name matches the policyholder’s details

Accepted file formats are usually JPG, PNG, or PDF.

Don’t Have the Document Right Now?

That’s okay, but it’s important to upload it as soon as possible.

If documents aren’t provided within the requested timeframe:

  • Your cover could be restricted

  • Your policy could be cancelled by the insurer

Uploading early helps avoid any issues.
